We’ve had a few questions and we are so excited to announce the - 2023 EARLY BIRDS vs. NIGHT OWLS - competition. The first workout kicking off on Monday, September 18th!


For the new faces in the gym, this is an annual competition. If you’re a regular in the 5a/6a/9a, you’re an EARLY BIRD, if you frequent the 12p/4:30p/6p classes, you‘re a NIGHT OWL! In order for your score to count for your team, it must be posted to SugarWOD. There will be 5 scored workouts and the winner will be announced at the anniversary party!

The latest Volta benchmark workout was released last week, Lewis + Clark! We are sneaking in the last bit of running we can while the weather is good! We are going to hammer on the strict pull-ups (because we all need it). The wall ball and deadlift will serve as accessory work, complementing our strength cycle!

As we look towards the fall, we have some important news to share regarding an upcoming membership price adjustment which will take place in November. Over the years, we've taken pride in our commitment to maintaining reasonable and competitive prices, only implementing a select few increases in our 12 years. However, the rising costs of the world necessitate this change.

We understand that any change in pricing can raise concerns, but please know that we've carefully considered this decision to strike the right balance between maintaining affordability and sustaining the excellence you deserve. We will be sharing more detailed information in the coming months.
