- TWO CLASSES PER WEEK / MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FROM 6:00PM-7:30PM
- WORK CLOSELY WITH A COACH TO DEVELOP YOUR SNATCH /CLEAN AND JERK TEHCNIQUE USING A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT EXERCISES
- INCLUDES GYMNASTICS SKILL WORK WARM-UP, 50 MINUTES OF FOCUS ON THE OLY LIFTS, GYMNASTICS STRENGTH FINISHER, AND PERSONALIZED MOBILITY WORK
- THIS CLASS IS LED BY  BROOKS LINDQUIST WHO IS A USA WEIGHTLIFTING CERTIFIED COACH AND WAS ALSO A NATIONALLY QUALIFIED COMPETITOR IN THE 85KG CATEGORY
