We created this class with the beginner in mind, taking place of our “beginners course.” Focused on mastering the basics of our Volta Fit class and develop your cardiovascular strength. Sweat class is a 45-55 Minute class with similar structure to our classic Volta Fit class. Designed as another mainstay option to give you a killer long cardio workout or use it to learn the basics and eventually move to our classic Volta Fit classes or other specialty programs. All ages and abilities welcome.
