Volta Fit classes are packed with 60 minutes of fun from start to finish giving our members the perfect blend of strength, skill, flexibility and cardio. The workouts change daily to avoid plateaus, and prepare for any and all real life scenarios that might be thrown your way. Row, bike, run, jump, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, push-ups, pull-ups, squats are just a peak at what we do. Our coaches with over 15 years of combined experience program the daily workouts in a way that will build you up, instead of break you down. You've found the last workout program you'll ever need. Volta Fit is our mainstay program and is open to members of all ages and ability levels. You do NOT need to “get in shape” before starting this program. Show up, work hard and let us do the rest!
