WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A TYPICAL SESSION? 

Each of your sessions will be designed around the Purpose, Process, and the Payoff of the work for that day. This provides better understanding of the why and how that is moving you toward your goals. You’ll be greeted when you walk in the door and find equipment already setup so we can maximize your training time. You’ll then be asked a series of questions about how your body feels that day to ensure that we know the work prescribed is appropriate for where you are. We’ll work through a short warm up to get your body ready to move and then execute the work for that day. Safety, efficiency, and effectiveness are paramount. At the end of your session, we’ll recap any new findings, see how you feel compared to when you walked in the door, answer any questions for the next session. This all will take place in 60 minutes.

I ALREADY WORK OUT, AND DON'T REALLY FEEL LIKE I HAVE MANY LIMITATIONS. CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING?

You most certainly can! If you have specific goals in mind such as strength, sport-specific or life-specific, or maybe you just want to look good naked - a fitness professional can make the best use of your time, effort, and money. Having a coach who understands where you’ve been, where you are,  and how to get you where you want to be is essential. If you and your coach are not the right fit for each other, we will refer you to someone who would be a great fit to get you to your goals.

I'M INTERESTED IN PERSONAL TRAINING AND HAVE A FRIEND INTERESTED TOO. CAN WE DO OUR SESSIONS TOGETHER?

This is certainly a possibility if you feel you would benefit from the accountability of a friend. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I'D LOVE TO DO PERSONAL TRAINING, BUT I'M NOT LOCAL TO GREAT FALLS. ARE THERE REMOTE PROGRAM OPTIONS?

Absolutely! There are a few options for training remotely. Let’s say you and your coach feel confident in your movement capabilities and you can easily hold yourself accountability. Your training can be 100% online based with easy access to your training through the True Coach app. You also have access to your coach via phone, text, or email. If you need more, you can meet your coach via video meeting for some face-to-face training with much more guidance.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF GETTING STARTED?

It’s easy. Schedule an in-depth 60-minute consultation here. During your consultation we will assess your movement for restrictions and/or old or new injuries. We’ll discuss pertinent medial history and what it is you are looking to accomplish. And don’t worry, if we are not the right fit for you, we will refer you to someone who is better suited to get you to your goals.

I'VE HEARD PERSONAL TRAINING IS EXPENSIVE. HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST PER SESSION?

Training packages are bundled in 12, 24, and 48 session packs. Pricing is discounted as package size increases and there is a 12-session minimum. Package size is dependent on individual needs, medical history and outlined goals. If you are ready to make lasting change, start here.
